usagi Hong Kong proudly presents a new series of exclusive lifestyle workshops:

MATSUYA-STYLE COFFEE WORKSHOP
The Matsuya-style method — discovered by Matsuya Coffee Co. (est. 1909) from Nagoya, Japan — is a traditional, hand-drip coffee-brewing technique that crafts a clear and flavourful brew, free from astringent, harsh and other unpleasant tastes. A wire-frame dripper is key to this method, handmade by craftsman in Japan that allows coffee grounds to expand as much as possible during the wetting process. This generates a unique, delicious taste with a distinctive aroma. Leading this exclusive workshop will be Ms. Eumi Yeung, who studied Matsuya-Style brewing in Nagoya and has experience working in numerous cafes in the past.

He is a singer and actor, and the son of iconic Cantopop star, George Lam.
