A little red book appeared on the desks of all of Facebook’s employees after the company reached 1 Billion users in late 2012. Little was known to the public until recently. The book contains lots of motivational quotes explaining Facebook’s company mission, vision, culture, values, etc.
Former Facebook designer, Ben Barry, who created it, published a series of scans from the book, here they are:
